WE ARE COMMITTED TO YOUR CHILD’S EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS

What Our Clients Are Saying

“My husband and I would like to thank each of your for your tireless efforts in assisting us to get our son educationally placed. We feel this is a program that may finally help our son! One encouraging bit of information that was given to us is that WE DO NOT GIVE UP ON CHILDREN!”

What Our Clients Are Saying

“None of my sons would have received the services they needed to succeed if Augustin Egelsee hadn’t work so hard to perform a great job on their behalf. They listened to our cries and saw our sons had suffered enough. They did not turn a blind eye but in turn opened the school and the districts eyes. Today I am proud to say our son in spite of everything he went through is an Honor Student 3 years in a row.”

What Our Clients Are Saying

“During my first call to your firm, I knew we were in the right hands.”

What Our Clients Are Saying

“Thank you for your commitment, passion and aggression to fight for my son’s needs. I am blessed to have come across you.”

Every Student Deserves An Appropriate Education

In 1975, Congress enacted legislation to protect the educational rights of children who are disabled. These laws were created to ensure that children with special educational needs are identified as early as possible and receive a free appropriate public education (FAPE). It is the responsibility of the school system to identify and serve children with special needs.

The greatest challenge to parents and educators can be properly identifying and developing effective educational plans for special needs students. Academic difficulties, challenges with social skills and persisting maladaptive behavior exhibited by students with special education needs, can be misinterpreted as defiance, lack of motivation, anti-social behavior and/or laziness. Unfortunately, such mis-identification can lead to improper punishment such as an expulsion, instead of an appropriate education.
